Am I the right broker for you?
I do my best work with people who have steady, provable income, are ready with their paperwork, and want to understand their mortgage, not just get one. If that's you, we'll get on well.
I'm probably not your best choice if you're rebuilding your credit, buying new construction, or holding four or more rental properties. Those need a specialist, and I'm glad to point you to one.
Common questions
Is the call really free?
Yes. The call costs nothing and there's no obligation to do anything after. I'd rather tell you honestly that you don't need me than talk you into something you don't.
Will you check my credit?
Not on the first call. If a lender needs to look at your credit later, I'll ask your permission first and tell you why. Nothing happens behind your back.
Do I need documents ready?
No. If you have a renewal letter or a recent mortgage statement nearby, that helps, but nothing is required. A conversation is enough to start.
Can my partner or my children join?
Of course. If your partner or your children should be there, tell me in the notes and I'll set it up. Many people find it easier to plan with family in the room.
Can we meet in person?
The first call is 15 minutes, by phone or video. I am based in South Delta and work with clients across BC.
What happens to the information I share?
It stays with me. I use what you tell me to prepare your plan, and I don't add you to a mailing list or pass your details along. If you'd rather I delete what you've sent, ask and I will.
